- Device & Usage Data: Data about your device (model, OS, unique identifiers), app usage, crash logs (via Firebase Crashlytics), and website analytics (via Google Analytics).
- Communication Data: Your email address if you contact support or subscribe to our newsletter.
- IP Address & Location: IP address is used for security, analytics, and country detection (to ensure age compliance). We do not track precise location.
- Survey & Feedback Data: If you participate in surveys or provide feedback, your responses are collected in anonymized or de-identified form and cannot be linked to you as an individual.

- We host data securely on AWS servers in the USA.

- We only share your data with trusted service providers (e.g., AWS, Firebase, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, SendGrid) to help us deliver our services, and only as necessary.

- Our website uses cookies for analytics (Google Analytics).

- Paula is not intended for children under 13.

- In the EU/EEA/UK, you must be at least 16 years old (or have parental consent as required by local law). We detect your country and enforce age restrictions accordingly. If you are under the minimum required age, you may not use Paula.

- You can delete your account at any time in the app or by contacting us. When you request account deletion, your account and personal data will be permanently deleted within 14 days. Data may remain in backups for up to 30 days but will not be used for any purpose during this time.

- Your data may be transferred to, and stored on, servers outside your country (such as in the US). We take steps to ensure adequate data protection wherever your data is processed.
- Changes to this Policy

- Paula is used by people around the world and is available in several languages. In the event of any discrepancy between translated versions, the Portuguese version of this Privacy Policy will prevail.
