Terms of Service – Paula Cycle Tracking App
Welcome to Paula, a menstrual and cycle tracking app (“App”) provided by FAMIVITA COMERCIO DE PRODUTOS PARA SAUDE LTDA, CNPJ: 23.583.042/0002-89, Headquarters in RUA JOÃO PEREIRA, 296, LAPA, SÃO PAULO, SP, CEP: 05074-070, Brazil. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Paula and our related services. By using Paula, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Paula.
1. Nature of Services
Paula provides tools and resources to help users track their menstrual cycles, symptoms, and related health data. The app is for personal use only. All content and features are provided free of charge; Paula currently does not offer paid services, subscriptions, in-app purchases, partner programs, or advertisements.
2. Not Medical Advice
Paula is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All information is general in nature and for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any questions about your health or medical conditions. If you feel unwell or are concerned about your health, stop using Paula and seek medical advice.
3. Eligibility & Age Restrictions
You must be at least 13 years old to use Paula in the US and globally. In the EU/EEA/UK, you must be at least 16 years old (or have parental consent as required by local law). By using Paula, you confirm that you meet these age requirements. Paula is not intended for use by children under 13.
4. Account Registration & Security
To use Paula’s full features, you may need to create an account with your email and a password. You must provide accurate, complete information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account. You must not share your account or allow others to access it. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
5. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
- You agree to use Paula only for lawful and personal purposes. You must not:

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Paula and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for damages arising from your use of Paula. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or harm resulting from reliance on the app. You use Paula at your own risk.
9. Termination
You may delete your account and stop using Paula at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access to Paula at our discretion, especially if you violate these Terms. The statutory right to terminate for just cause remains unaffected.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, features, or business practices. When we do, we will post the new version and update the “last updated” date. Significant changes will be notified to you via in-app message or email where possible.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
12. Language and Interpretation
The original version of these Terms is in Brazilian Portuguese. In the event of any discrepancies between the English and Portuguese versions, the Portuguese version shall prevail. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on our website.
